Start with the example

Choose “Load example,” then replace the fictional project details. Project, Access, Care and Review organize the fields. The preview updates immediately.

Download or print

Import a Site Health export or add work notes before exporting. Studio and client names are optional but recommended for delivery. If you include a website URL, use the full address starting with https:// or http://. Download handover saves a standalone HTML document. Open it in your browser to review it.

Print / Save PDF opens your browser’s print controls. Select Save as PDF and turn off browser headers and footers for a clean document. Print previews can differ across browsers; inspect all pages.

Keep your draft

The free tool keeps fields only while the page remains open. Export before closing or reloading. The offline edition adds Save project and Open project for editable JSON copies.

Buying the kit

Buy the report kit on Gumroad. Choose one project or five, then download the ZIP from your receipt. Unzip it, read START-HERE.txt and open Handoverdesk-offline.html in a modern desktop browser.
